Day 1

Start the day right and join one of our morning Water Aerobics classes (with and without live instructor)

Grab your binoculars and fishing pole and head to Montour WMA 2 miles away:  110 acres of bird watching and wildlife viewing on the Payette River, great for walks, bike trails and fishing.  fishandgame.idaho.gov/cms/wildlife/wma/montour

Day 2

Drive with a view!  Take the road up to Gem County’s highest point, Squaw Butte).  A beautiful drive with wildlife viewing and hiking.  Maps available at the office.

Black Canyon Dam and Powerplant located on the Payette river 7 miles away.  This Dam is a great reminder of just how powerful water is!  Watch it pour over the Dam and drop 183 feet!  Bring a picnic and enjoy Wild Rose Park at the same location.  https://www.usbr.gov/projects/index.php?id=7

Hop in the Hot Springs for an after dinner soak and swim!

Day 3

Historic Sweet Water Trough.  Squeeze in some history and drink from Sweet’s famous water trough.  (Caution: rumor has it that it’s powerful waters can increase fertility in those who wish to become pregnant!)  😊   https://www.gemcountymuseum.org/history-sweet.html

Visit historic Ola:  17 miles north, drive back in time to the scenic church and school. Enjoy lunch at the Ola Cafe.  The Sweet-Ola Highway is a fun road-bike ride -uphill both ways!  Schedule a guided tour to Idaho’s quaintest historic town.

Take advantage of our Event Center’s full kitchen and let the men handle dinner with a Chili cookoff!

End the day with an old-fashioned singalong!  Grab your instruments and set up on the Event center’s stage, complete with microphone.  Classic fun for all ages.


Day 4

Slide into Roystone healing mineral spa for a morning soak to get a jumpstart on your day.

Looking for more than just a little fun? Ever considered a group service project?!  Get that warm fuzzy feeling and sign your group up to serve those in need!

Schedule Roystone Historical presentation.  Find out who were the first to enjoy the hot springs and just how long it has been around!

Take a self-guided tour around Roystone and enjoy the Metal Art of local artist, Ward Johns!

Pull out the charcoal and have a good old fashion Dutch Oven cook off!  (Don’t forget the Peach cobbler!)

While dinner is cooking, open up the sports closet for fun and games!  Horseshoes, croquet, badminton!

End a perfect day with an evening Swim and soak in the tub with a projector movie!
